What You Will Do
Velory is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support to our Customers and Partners. This role involves troubleshooting customer or partner tickets and handling incoming feature requests, and above all ensuring a smooth user experience. You will work closely with our Success, Sales, Partnerships and Product teams to resolve tickets and requests efficiently.
This is an in-office role based in our centrally located Stockholm office. Support opening hours are weekdays 09.00 - 17.00 CET.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting issues for Customers and Partners
- Investigate and follow up on Customer and Partner tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide support via email, chat and phone through our ticketing systems, ZenDesk
- Collaborate with the Success, Sales, Partnerships and Product teams to manage, escalate and resolve customer tickets within agreed timelines
- Identify opportunities to streamline our support processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly statistics and trend reports and suggest improvements

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support, preferably within SaaS platform
- A mix of problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Zendesk (preferred) or similar customer support tools
- A tech-savvy mindset with a strong interest in using tools to automate and improve support workflows
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in-office at our Stockholm office location
