About the role

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Intern to join our Product Engineering team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical operations work with AI-driven innovation.

AI & Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation across the entire engineering organisation

• Build and maintain simple AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal solutions

• Explore and test new AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience

• Help create reporting and insights from an engineering perspective

Structure, Strategy, Communication and Ownership

• Own and support the admin backbone of the product team and engineering team, trackers, meeting notes, documentation, follow-ups and treat it as craft rather than chores. A lot of what makes a roadmap trustworthy is unglamorous upkeep, and you enjoy doing it well.

• Build presentations that land: roadmap reviews, sprint demos, updates to the management team. You care about how information looks and how it's told, not just that it's correct.

• Take the lead in small, concrete ways, run a meeting, own a project end to end, keep the people around you and key stakeholders informed and moving.

Project management, Support and Coordination

• Keep the roadmap honest, you turn a less detailed roadmap into something a team can act on. You coordinate and lead different projects within the product teams to unlock maximum development velocity.

Quality and testing

• Ensure quality and consistency across support responses and content

• Test new product features, automations and AI solutions before launch

• Identify issues and suggest practical improvements

Required Skills

• Engineering student with an interest in technology, data and analytics

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• You can write SQL queries, work with Excel formulas and pivot tables

• Comfortable with LLMs and popular coding agents and the related tooling.

• A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong interest in AI, automation and ways to improve productivity

• A real interest in leadership: you want to understand how decisions get made, how teams are led and you actively look for chances to practise it

• You genuinely like structured, administrative work, coordination, documentation and follow-up and you're good at it

• You can build and deliver a sharp presentation: clear narrative, clean design, confident in a room of c-level executives

• Comfort working with both technical tools and operational tasks

• Structured way of working with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Passionate about disruptive innovation and digital solutions.

Nice to Have

• First-hand experience in a startup or Saas company

• Knowledge of web analytics
