About the role

Velory is the operating system for the agentic workforce. Humans, hardware, software, subscriptions and AI agents, governed through one lifecycle: one inventory, one audit trail, one kill switch for everything a company works with. Agents are becoming a workforce and almost no enterprise has the controls to manage them. That is the layer we build.

Velory connects every employee with the hardware, software and agents they need to do their best work. The ambition behind that is larger and simpler: double what a company can produce without doubling who it hires. The market is arriving at that idea right now. Our ARR is growing double digits month over month, so the company you join in month one is not the company you finish in, and your scope grows with it.

The role runs for 12 months and it has a deliberate end: you leave it for a key role in the company. A year next to the CEO, watching every call the leadership team makes and building the case for most of them, is the fastest preparation available for owning a piece of the business. That is what this year is designed to produce.

Most trainee programs park you on a side project. Here you sit inside the actual work, on the same problems the team is solving this quarter. You work directly with our CEO and take defined analytical and execution work off the leadership team. The point is simple: decisions should land, not stall.

Build the case for decisions.

Data pulls, models, pre-reads. When management has to choose, you make sure the choice is well informed and that it arrives on time.

Execute across high and low.

Whatever the week actually needs. Some weeks that is a board pre-read, some weeks it is making sure the company offsite actually happens. Nothing here is above the role and nothing is beneath it. You will also own at least one workstream end to end, yours to run and yours to answer for.

Automate the repetitive

Find the recurring manual work inside the leadership team's own workflows and remove it. AI is a working default here, not a side experiment. Our product exists to make headcount less necessary, so part of the mandate is doing that to your own workload.

Close the loop

Decisions written down, owners named, actions tracked to done. Nothing gets rediscovered three months later.

There is always a queue of decisions waiting for you. Most internships invent a project for you. Here the work already exists, and it is already late.

Required Skills

• A degree from KTH, Handels or similar

• Excellent written and spoken English

• A consultant's mindset with a doer's instincts

• Someone who works fast and knows when speed should give way to precision

• Comfortable moving between strategic and hands-on work without treating either as beneath them

• Already using AI to compress your own workload

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship at BCG, McKinsey or similar.

• Exposure to hardware, IT or SaaS.

• Fluent in Swedish.

Who you'll work with

You report to Johan Lilja, our CEO, who sets your priorities when requests collide. You'll be a regular interface for the leadership team and key parts of the organization.
