What You Will Do

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Intern to join our team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical operations work with AI-driven innovation, helping us improve both internal processes and customer experience.
AI & Automation
Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation across support and operations
Build and maintain simple AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal solutions
Explore and test new AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience
Help create reporting and insights from a support and operations perspective
Support & Customer Experience
Assist with customer support tasks such as tickets, onboarding and admin requests
Understand customer needs and recurring pain points through daily interactions
Use support learnings to improve processes and automation initiatives
Content & Operations
Create and update help center articles, guides and internal documentation
Support operational workflows and internal coordination tasks
Improve how information is structured and shared internally and externally
Quality and testning
Ensure quality and consistency across support responses and content
Test new product features, automations and AI solutions before launch
Identify issues and suggest practical improvements
Required Skills
A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern workflows
Comfort working with both technical tools and operational tasks
Structured way of working with attention to detail
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while collaborating with others
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
