What You Will Do

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Intern to join our team in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical operations work with AI-driven innovation, helping us improve both internal processes and customer experience.

AI & Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation across support and operations

• Build and maintain simple AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal solutions

• Explore and test new AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience

• Help create reporting and insights from a support and operations perspective

• Assist with customer support tasks such as tickets, onboarding and admin requests

• Understand customer needs and recurring pain points through daily interactions

• Use support learnings to improve processes and automation initiatives

• Create and update help center articles, guides and internal documentation

• Support operational workflows and internal coordination tasks

• Improve how information is structured and shared internally and externally
  

Quality and testning

• Ensure quality and consistency across support responses and content

• Test new product features, automations and AI solutions before launch

• Identify issues and suggest practical improvements

Required Skills

• A hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern workflows

• Comfort working with both technical tools and operational tasks

• Structured way of working with attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
