What You Will Do

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to help build secure, scalable systems in a high-growth environment? Velory is looking for a talented Security Engineer to join our team in Stockholm.

• A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 5+ years proven experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or IT security
• Strong understanding of network, cloud, endpoint and application security
• Experience with vulnerability management and security best practices
• Knowledge of IAM, MFA, access controls and zero-trust principles
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, logging, and incident response processes
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security
• Experience securing SaaS platforms and modern workplace environments
• Previous scale-up or startup experience
