What You Will Do
As a Customer Success Specialist at Velory, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers helping them unlock the full potential of the platform while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term value creation.
You will help customers:
Achieve a smooth and confident start, leading them through a structured onboarding process, hands-on guidance, and strategic account reviews.
Set up and customize their Velory environment from account configuration and product assortments to budgets, SSO, and User Directory integrations ensuring the platform is optimized for their business goals.
Integrate critical systems and workflows, supporting API setup, automations, and order flow optimization to drive operational efficiency and reduce friction.
Empower HR and IT teams with streamlined onboarding/offboarding flows that enhance employee experience and reinforce security and compliance.
Maximize long-term value by offering proactive guidance, tailored plans, and best-practice education ensuring customers continuously adopt new features, unlock efficiencies, and expand their use of Velory.

Required Skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, IT Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and solving real business problems.
- Strong understanding of IT workflows, security, compliance, asset management, and automation.
- Exceptional communication and advisory skills in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
