Velory is scaling across the Nordics and Europe and we are now building the next phase of our People and Talent function.
This role is for someone who wants to own Talent Acquisition and People Operations in a scaleup context. Not to maintain HR processes, but to build them. You will work close to leadership, hiring managers and the business, with a clear mandate to raise the hiring bar and create structure that scales.
The role
As TA Manager & People Operations you own the full talent journey at Velory. From proactive sourcing and hiring to onboarding and core people operations.
You will:
Own end to end Talent Acquisition across all roles
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive strong hiring decisions
Proactively source and engage candidates rather than relying on inbound or external recruiters
Build and maintain a strong and long term talent pipeline for key roles
Run structured and high quality interview processes
Own onboarding and offboarding together with managers and internal stakeholders
Drive and improve People Operations processes, documentation and tools
Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers and leadership
Use automation and AI to create leverage and reduce manual work

Required skills
Experience in Talent Acquisition and or People Operations in a scaleup or growth company
Proven track record of running recruitments end to end including sourcin
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
Clear and confident communication skills in English. Swedish is a strong plus
Experience working with modern HR and recruitment tools. Interest in automation and AI is expected
