What You Will Do
Are you passionate about Customer Success and eager to make a real impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? Velory is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects that drive our Customer Success initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in customer meetings and calls, providing support and gaining valuable experience in customer interactions.
- AI Research: Conduct research on how AI can be integrated into our Customer Success strategies to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Data Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on Customer Success metrics and performance.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to streamline Customer Success processes.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, helping to inform our strategies.

Required Skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience or strong interest in Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in AI and its applications in Customer Success is a plus.
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent education such as Yrkeshögskoleutbildning (Swedish) or similar.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or work experience in Customer Success, data/analytics or related fields.
- Familiarity with AI, or analytics tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
